Belles v Waveney Girls

The Belles are off!

With the start of the season only a stones throw away we were kindly invited by Waveney Girls to a friendly along side the Suffolk side Witnesham Wasps.

The Belles polished off the rust on their boots and although lost both matches showed it will only be a matter of a few sessions until the mighty Belles are fit and ready to start their league campaign.
The Belles enjoyed their day with both sides which also included some extreme skipping, cross bar challenges & penalty shoot out (not sure if there was a how many sausages you can eat game but Smithy one that one!!!)

Belles Presentation Day/camp over Eaton Vale Saturday 23rd July 2011

The Belles finished off their long season with their presentation day being held at Eaton Vale and took the plunge with abseiling & raft building.

Mum's & Dad's, sisters & brothers all pulled together to overcome their fears  by jumping off the Abseiling wall followed by 4 teams building a raft within half an hour (I think the photos tell you how we got on!)
With a fantastic day ending up with a BBQ (thanks everyone for mucking in) followed by the presentation of the trophies.

Sainsbury's Help for new Kit

The Belles packed shopping at Sainsbury's to help with fund raising for their new kit.
With Cheyenne taking on till 4 and Amber & Smithy jointly marking till 2 leaving Rosie & Brook to closely mark till 3 and the partnership of Jazz & mummy Sandra at till 5.
A half time swap saw Yazd pick up till 1 leaving the Belles well and truly on top of the 4 hour endurance.
